1. Using ReplyCraft Local

ReplyCraft Local creates AI-assisted draft replies for customer reviews and provides dashboard tools for organizing business profiles and reply history. The drafts are starting points only. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, approving, and posting any reply.

ReplyCraft Local does not connect to Google Business Profile, Yelp, Facebook, Tripadvisor, or other review platform accounts. It does not scrape reviews and does not post replies for you.

2. Accounts and paid plans

AI generation and paid plans use Google sign-in so we can connect usage, quota, and subscription details to your ReplyCraft Local account. You are responsible for keeping your account access secure.

Plan limits may include daily or monthly generation quotas, business profile limits, and feature access such as reply history filters or CSV export. If an account reaches a quota or profile limit, additional use may be paused until the next usage window or until the account changes plan.

Business profiles and reply history are organizational tools. They do not replace your responsibility to check facts, remove private information, and follow the rules of the review platform where you post.

3. Billing and cancellation

Paid subscriptions are processed by Stripe. Stripe may handle card details, invoices, subscription status, cancellation, and billing updates through Stripe-hosted checkout and customer portal pages.

You can manage billing from the dashboard when a Stripe customer record is linked. Cancellation and renewal behavior depends on the settings shown in Stripe at the time you manage your subscription.

4. AI drafts and user responsibility

AI-generated drafts may be incomplete, inaccurate, awkward, or inappropriate for a specific customer situation. Do not post a draft without checking the facts and removing private information.

The tool does not provide legal, medical, financial, tax, advertising, or reputation management advice. Do not rely on generated drafts as a guarantee of policy compliance, ranking improvement, refund handling, dispute resolution, or customer satisfaction.

5. Prohibited use

You may not use ReplyCraft Local to create fake reviews, mislead customers, impersonate another person or business, publish private information, harass reviewers, or violate review platform rules or applicable law.

6. Platform affiliation

ReplyCraft Local is not affiliated with Google, Facebook, Yelp, Apple Maps, Tripadvisor, BBB, Trustpilot, Healthgrades, Angi, OpenTable, Booking.com, or any other review platform.
