ReplyCraft Local

Privacy Policy

1. What ReplyCraft Local does

ReplyCraft Local drafts review replies from the text you provide. You should remove names, phone numbers, order numbers, health details, payment details, and other private information before pasting a review.

ReplyCraft Local does not connect to your review site accounts, does not scrape your reviews, and does not post replies for you. You decide what to copy, edit, and publish.

2. Information we process

When you generate a draft, we process the review text and options you submit, such as rating, review platform, business type, tone, reply length, and optional business context.

For signed-in users, we process account information from Google sign-in, such as your account identifier and email address. We also store subscription status, Stripe customer and subscription references, billing period dates, and usage counters so paid quotas can be applied.

If you create business profiles, we store the business name, business type, default review site, default reply length, brand voice, helpful context, preferred phrases, and phrases to avoid. If reply history is enabled, we store generated reply text and metadata such as platform, rating, risk level, copied status, and business profile reference. Raw customer review text is not saved by default.

Generation requires sign-in. We may use basic request signals such as IP-derived network information and user agent to reduce abuse and protect the service.

3. Review text and AI providers

Full review text is sent to our configured AI provider to generate reply drafts. The tool is designed to avoid storing full review text by default, including when a reply history entry is created.

Operational logs may include safer technical details such as request time, status, duration, selected review site, rating, business type, account status, estimated usage, error type, and a summary of the review length. Logs are used for debugging, reliability, quota enforcement, and abuse prevention.

4. Billing information

Stripe processes paid checkout, subscriptions, invoices, customer portal sessions, and payment details. ReplyCraft Local stores Stripe customer and subscription references, but does not store full card numbers.

5. Cookies and analytics

We use cookies for authentication and account access. If analytics environment variables are configured, we may use analytics tools to understand page views and product usage at an aggregate level.

6. Service providers

We use service providers to operate the product, including hosting, authentication, database storage, AI generation, billing, and analytics. These providers process information only as needed to provide the service.

7. Your choices

You can avoid entering private information into the generator. You can edit or remove business profile details from the dashboard. You can manage billing through Stripe when a paid subscription is linked to your account. You can contact us to ask about account data associated with your email address.
